Hilly, more commonly known as Holly, is the ship's computer aboard the mining ship Red Dwarf. This iteration of the character, portrayed by Hattie Hayridge, first appeared in the series 3 episode "Backwards" (1989).
Hayridge's Holly offered a contrasting persona to the earlier, male-presenting version played by Norman Lovett. This version of Holly maintained the computer's inherent helpfulness and general lack of common sense, but with a noticeably different, more deadpan and sarcastic delivery.
